This form is strictly for the use of the Ohio Steel Stingers coaching staff to determine squading and interest in various disciplines.  Every athlete should have one ticket for each discipline they are registering for (example 1-Rifle and 1- Pistol).  The options are a paid ticket this is the Match Registration Fee per discipline or a Free ticket for those that have are or have paid by check or cash.  Credit card payments can also be made  by seeing Tom at practice or calling him at 513-673-3164.
